You can park up to 3 vehicles possibility 4 but will be very tight in the Driveway. 

If home is found in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, administration fee and/or third party fees.<br />

Damages:  Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, art work, etc. will be charge at 120% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges. Any damage to  property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room.  Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest.  In super extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Check in Instructions will be text to you once home is ready.

For your protection we do have exterior only cameras on the property.

We do accept pets and understand accidents can happen indoors. Please clean up should it happen indoors. 

Great size tv's in each room with streaming services included! (netflix, hulu, hbo)
